Have you been referred to the Children’s Reporter? If you have, then from today (Tuesday 16th July 2024) there’s some new ways for you to have your say.
You have the right to give your views to the Reporter about what decision you think the Reporter should make. If you give your views, the Reporter must take them into account.
If you have been referred to the Reporter, you will receive a letter, along with a new paper form for you to give your views. If you have received a letter, it will tell you the latest day for you to give your views to the Reporter.
You can also give views in other ways such as emailing, phoning or meeting with the Reporter or asking someone else to pass your views to the Reporter.
You can also fill in the form online.
