In October 2020, Our Hearings, Our Voice – an independent board of children and young people – produced their 40 Calls to Action for organisations in the Hearings System to make improvements.
Every year Corporate Parent SCRA has produced a progress report for the young people, so they can see what we are doing to meet their 40 Calls to Action.
Their fourth update includes information on our Hearing room improvement programme, new easy read letters and of course the fabulous Taking Control of my Hearing scrapbook.
